Particularly good location, great facilities such as an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven, good value. Perfect place to stay just off tube stations and public transport including underground. Btw, located close to authentic London cafe by Pentonville Prison.

The overall property was poorly maintained and badly in need of a thorough cleaning. The fridge had a strange smell, the windows, carpet, and blinds were filthy, and the shower didn't drain properly.

The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation even better for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were polite, I would have appreciated more proactive assistance with carrying my luggage or providing any additional support that may be required by older guests.
